Returning My Knee Walker
In the pack you will have received with your order you will find detailed packing instructions to help you re-pack your knee walker. There is also a return label, please place this over the existing label on the box. Then please call us on 01823 216202 and we will book the collection for you.
Please note collections are Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 19:00. You do not have to be in if you have somewhere out of the weather but accessible to leave it. If you decide to do this, please either leave a note for the driver or advise us at the time the collection is booked so we can inform the courier.
Other options for return are as follows:
• Take the package to a local drop off centre. We can advise you on the closest to the collection address.
• Have the package collected from an alternative address.
• Drop it back to our office if you live locally.
What happens if I want to return it early?
Our minimum hire period is 2 weeks so any full rental weeks not used above the minimum will be refunded once we have received and checked your knee scooter.
VAT Invoice
If you require a VAT invoice at the end of your rental period just let us know and we can post or email you one for your records.
